Walt P. Tsin

Walt P. Tsin is the Chief Financial Officer of Balance Point Capital. He oversees the firm’s finance functions, including financial reporting, tax and audit matters, and fund administration.

Prior to joining Balance Point, Walt served as Global Credit Chief Financial Officer of Investcorp Credit Management. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Seer Capital Management, where he also served on the firm’s Valuation and Compliance Committees. Walt began his career at Rothstein Kass and Company, where he was a Senior Manager focused on audit and tax engagements.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Beyond the Office:

Walt lives in Manhattan, where he enjoys visiting restaurants and museums. He also enjoys traveling and tries to keep up with fitness. His daughters keep him busy.
