Joshua M. Lyvers is a Principal at Balance Point Capital. Josh’s responsibilities include investment origination, underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Associate at Manulife Investment Management Private Equity & Credit, where he underwrote and managed junior credit investments and private equity co-investments.
Josh began his career as an Analyst at Berkshire Global Advisors, a boutique investment bank, and later worked as an Analyst at Wells Fargo.
Josh lives with his family in Darien and enjoys playing golf, European soccer, and spending time with his two young boys.
