Grant M. Groher is a Senior Managing Director at Balance Point Capital and serves on the firm’s Fund VI Investment Committee. He is responsible for deal origination, execution, underwriting, and portfolio management across the platform.
Prior to joining Balance Point, Grant worked in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse Securities, where he conducted due diligence and underwrote syndicated loan, private placement, and bridge financings for sponsor-led leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. His experience spans the healthcare, technology, telecommunications, industrial, consumer, and retail sectors.
Grant began his career at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where he supported the evaluation and execution of corporate mergers and acquisitions and asset transactions across the energy industry.
Grant currently lives with his family in Westport. He enjoys spending his free time running, playing golf, skiing, and chasing his three kids around the yard.
