Prior to joining Balance Point, Kelan was a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank, where he underwrote, executed, and managed debt investments supporting sponsor-backed software buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as an Associate at Silicon Valley Bank and was subsequently promoted to Vice President.
A native of New York City, Kelan enjoys playing basketball, studying urban planning and design, and reading biographies.
