Daniel N. Freshman is a Managing Director at Balance Point Capital and serves on the firm’s Fund VI Investment Committee. He is responsible for deal origination, execution, underwriting, and portfolio management across the platform.
Dan began his career at Tudor Investment Corporation, where he was a member of a long-short equity investment team focused on the industrial and business services sectors.
Dan is a CFA charterholder.
Dan grew up in Connecticut, where he resides with his family. He enjoys playing tennis, chasing around his two boys, and whiteboard sessions with Balance Point’s summer interns.
