Edward Lee

Edward Lee is a Vice President at Balance Point Capital. He focuses on due diligence, underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management for the firm’s new and existing investments.

Prior to joining Balance Point, Edward was a Vice President at OFS Capital Management, where he originated and underwrote new investment opportunities and managed existing investments within the firm’s middle market direct lending strategy. Previously, he was an Associate at CSG Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged employee stock ownership plan advisory.

Edward also held a financial analyst position at Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank and began his career as an Accountant at DFP Partners.

A native New Yorker, Ed lives in the city with his family. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cheering on the New York sports teams, and wrestling with his two young boys.
