Wills L. Danielsen is a Senior Associate at Balance Point Capital. He focuses on underwriting, due diligence, credit analysis, and ongoing portfolio company monitoring for new and existing investments.
Prior to joining Balance Point, Wills was an Associate on the Corporate Private Investment team at Arena Investors, where he originated, underwrote, and executed special situations investments across a range of industries. Previously, he was an Analyst at Cowen, now TD Cowen, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions.
Wills enjoys traveling to new places and is a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Although he lives in New York City, Wills is an avid golfer.
